Boost Your Testosterone Levels in Seconds with this Avocado Salad Recipe

I love avocados as a regular dose of the fruit always gives me an immediate testosterone rush!

For this reason, avocados are always on the top of my food list; one that I’d recommend on a whim to those who are looking to lose fat and gain muscle the easy way.

The thing is, the fruit may not have that love-at-first-taste effect on you.

Ingredients

2 Avocados, peeled and cut into bite-size chunks

3-4 Fresh large tomatoes, sliced

½ Red onion, sliced

½ Cucumber, cut into small cubes

¼ cup Fresh Parsley, chopped

1 Garlic clove, minced/grated

2 tsp. Dried Oregano

2 tbsp. Red Wine Vinegar

1/3 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Salt to taste

Freshly ground black pepper to taste

Preparation

  1. In a small bowl, whisk together red wine vinegar, extra virgin olive oil, garlic, and dried oregano. Season with salt and pepper.
  2. Mix together tomatoes, red onion, cucumber, and avocados in a salad bowl.
  3. Drizzle the dressing over everything and top with chopped parsley.

Now for the best part, here’s what you get from eating this avocado salad recipe on a regular basis:

I like to eat big part of my meal as salad, raw veg and fruits and i loosed enough fat from my chest thanks for your superb advices and sure to add this avocado in my salad, thnx.
